The members of the Committee of Inquiry are: Chairman - Hon IF Sheppard AO QCMr Sheppard, a former Judge, Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court of Australia, chairs the Inquiry. Robert Fitzgerald AM Mr Fitzgerald is the Commissioner of Community Services NSW and a former President of ACOSS. David Gonski Mr Gonski is a Principal of Wentworth Associates and a member of the Prime Minister's Community-Business Partnership.
